If you have forgotten your RebateWeb password or User ID, please

contact the organization administrator for your organization OR Conduent RebateWeb Administrator(RWA).

For security purposes, your password will be reset. You will be emailed a

temporary password which is good for one use. Once you have logged into

RebateWeb, you will need to change your password.

If you are the organization administrator and you have forgotten your

password, please contact the Conduent RebateWeb Administrator.

In your email, please include the following information:
Organization Name
Labeler Code
User Name
UserID
